Loan Doc Prep Specialist

The person in this position prepares Commercial/Ag and Consumer loan documents for all Heartland Financial USA, Inc. member banks and is responsible for all associated processes including the automatic and manual uploading of loans to the AS400 and creating loan documents by utilizing LaserPro software. This person must have the ability to prioritize loan requests, accept rush jobs and analyze, identify and resolve problems in a positive and timely manner with attention to detail. Qualifications include excellent computer, math, organizatonal and customer service skills; the ability to work with multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain quality and productivity standards, and the ability to work within a team environment. Knowledge of the AS400, LaserPro, Mark IV or OnBase applications or previous loan prcoessing experience is beneficial.

Marketing Project Coordinator

An innovative, creative individual is needed to manage the flow of projects, programs and processes and to purchase media space and time as well as research how it will be most effective. Working with member bank personnel and vendors, this person will purchase media, coordinate schedules and meetings related to various project activities and coordinate trade shows. This person will also provide general marketing support, as needed. Successful candidates will have a degree in advertising, marketing or a related field or a combination of education and experience, an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office software, excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in project coordination and print production is required.
