This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. The person in this position will prepare Commercial/Ag and Consumer loan documents for all Heartland Financial USA, Inc. member banks and will be responsible for all related processes. Qualifications include knowledge of Commercial/Ag, and Consumer loan compliance, regulations and documents, excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and prioritization skills, computer skills and multi-tasking ability, and the ability to work with numbers and documents in an accurate and detailed manner. This is part-time position working 30 hours per week. Scheduled hours are from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. with flexibility required to cover for other shifts. Responsibilities include AS400 operation and support, monitoring of computer applications and hardware, check-sorting, and other related duties. This person will balance banking applications and prepare banks for end-of-day processing, monitor nightly batch processing jobs and back-ups for completion, print customer statements, distribute reports, and initiate data and file transfers. Qualifications include an understanding of computer operations and the ability to work independently and follow a pre-determined set of instructions.
