This is a full-time position in the Marketing Department located at the Main Bank. The individual in this position will design and support business and analytical processes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system including contact management, marketing campaign measurement, alert processes, cross-sell analytics and event triggers. Special Assets Loan Assistant. There are two full-time positions available: One will be located in the Southwest/Phoenix market and other in the Midwest/Dubuque/Madison market. Individuals in these positions will assist Special Assets Officers in tasks associated with the renewal or origination of loans and servicing of customers and work on various projects. This person will complete checklists, create spreadsheets, assist with the disbursement of funds, post loan payments, assist with following up on payments, financial statements, insurance, and other document exceptions, assist with bar-coding and tracking processes, gather data and perform research, compose and type correspondence, organize and maintain files, arrange conference calls, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, and other related duties as assigned. This is a full-time position with the Wealth Management Group located at the Main Bank. The individual in this position will serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for high net worth individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations who have WMG trust or investment accounts. This person will be expected to develop a strong rapport with the client, meet minimum contact requirements, offer basic financial planning services, process requests, respond to questions and concerns accurately and appropriately, and understand and articulate investment services. Additional expectations include the retention of business, generating new business from existing clients and others, maintaining visibility in the community and making referrals for other bank services. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required as well as working knowledge of Word and Excel. The minimum requirements for this position are a four year college degree and five years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Manager or Trust Officer.
