Mark Frank joined HTLF as Regional Operations Officer in November 2019. He has a wealth of industry-specific knowledge having worked in financial services for over 30 years. As a senior operations and finance executive in his past roles, Mark has broad experience in all facets of banking operations leadership including product development, call center and retail center management, fraud prevention, budgeting, facilities, and strategic planning.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stony Brook University and attended the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
