With over 20 years in the financial services industry, including 15 years of investment banking experience, Shelley has an extensive background with buyside and sell side mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, capital planning and capital raising, strategic alternatives, bank branch acquisitions and valuations. Shelley was most recently with UMB Financial Corp as SVP, Corporate Strategy & Development Director.
Shelley earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri.
