Doug brings over three decades of banking experience to his new role as SVP, Senior Relationship Manager at HTLF. Prior to joining the team, Doug spent his entire career in the Central San Joaquin Valley, most notably managing a $400M+ diversified food & agriculture portfolio. Expertise includes financing Working Capital, Equipment, Real Estate/Development, and M&A/Recap transactions.
As a trusted advisor, Doug focuses on building relationships through regular communication – while providing proactive, creative solutions to meet all levels of banking/financing needs.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from California State University, Fresno and currently resides in Clovis, CA where he is an avid golfer and outdoorsman.
